Medical interpreting

My work is to be there when the subject is health care and you need to know what the health care group is telling you in English or in Japanese.

I will be there when you need:
 A doctor. I can help you find the physician that will best fit your needs within the health insurance (Plano de Saude) that you have.
 A companion when in need to perform medical tests and exams. I will be there not only to interpret for the clinic personnel but also offering you proper nursing care.
 To carry out the medical prescription. I will read the doctor’s prescription in plain English and I will help you not only to buy the prescribed medication but also interpreting the medication directions (bula) with you.
 Homecare or nursing care at the hospital. I will stay overnight with the patient.

Others services that I offer include: translating, teaching Japanese and Portuguese, interpreting (over the phone, for daily needs, when of company visits, meetings, or other events).

I am a certified nurse from the Nursing School of University of São Paulo (USP) and I have an AA degree in General Studies from the De Anza Community College. I can also serve you in Japanese.

Cost: R$ 45,00 per hour plus transportation expenses.
